Jyolingkong sits at 4,570 meters. Proper care is essential to avoid Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS):
Our itinerary has built-in gradual ascents. We stay in Dharchula (915m) before climbing to Gunji (3,200m).
Drink 4–5 liters of water daily. Dehydration accelerates mountain sickness. Avoid alcohol during the climb.
Every vehicle carries medical oxygen. Guides check oxygen saturation levels daily using pulse oximeters.
Get in touch directly with our office in Pithoragarh. We will customize your itinerary, handle the permit documentation, and arrange standard local transportation.
